Aireborough Voluntary Services to the Elderly with Disabilities (AVSED) is an independent Registered Charity which was founded in Yeadon, Leeds in 1992. They are one of over 40 schemes that form part of the unique Leeds Neighbourhood Network Scheme. Our primary aim is relief from social isolation. Contrary to our name, AVSED is not just for people with disabilities - we welcome anyone over 60 in LS19 or LS20 who lives independently at home.
